Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not been shipped out yet please reach out to support@awallgallery.com to cancel your order including your order number and name on the shipping address within the message.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We currently do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final as soon as they have been passed over to shipping carrier.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

Please refer to the measurements provided. There are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the measurements for each item before selecting it for purchase.

Can I track my order?

All customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the tracking number. To track your package, Click the link, enter your tracking number, and press the “Track” button to get shipment details.


When will I receive my order?

Please allow within 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-11 business days for shipment. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the aforementioned guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. We do not use any other shipping carrier.

Can I contact you directly with any questions about my order?

Please email support@awallgallery.com with any questions regarding your order. We will do our best to reply to your question(s) within 48 hours.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, PayPal is supported on awallgallery.com. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please view our shipping and return policy for specific details.
